PEMEL Group was created in 2006 with propose reflect PEMEL's brand on remaining companies of same employer, in order to extract synergies derived therefrom, as well as centralized common material's and human resources to activities developed by companies that comprise. So we tried to make better use of plant, machinery and available equipment, technical capabilities of indirect workers, thinning operating costs and allowing greater commercial efforts.
In nowadays, PEMEL Group is composed of these companies:
PEMEL - Metalomecânica, PEMEL - Ambiente, PEMEL - Instalações Elétricas and Vacarinox.

The companies of Group are located in Leca do Balio, Matosinhos, which hold more than 32,600 m² and in Vale de Cambra, facilities Vacarinox. It is responsible for more than 500 directly and indirectly jobs and hold Portuguese status "PME Lider", which in itself is a guarantee of its economic strength.
Their technical capacity, highly qualified and specialized, has been certified by several national and international entities, ensuring quality of its manufacturing.
